St Martins Primary School and Nzati Organisation Charities
Pamtondo has always had a heart for its spiritual home, Chindamba, Malindi.
We are therefore fundraising to raise much-needed funds for two charitable activities based around St Martin’s Primary School. Its school buildings and equipment need constant maintenance given the ravages of weather and wear.
Our Vision
To create a society where every student, regardless of their financial background, has the chance to reach their full potential and succeed in life. The key here being education.
Core Values
The conduct of Nzati Organization members shall be guided by the following values: Creativity and Innovation, Change driven and Impact oriented, Accountability and Transparency, Unity and self-reliance, Integrity, Volunteerism, Confidentiality, Competence, Pro- activeness, Commitment, Marketing and Planning for self-sufficiency.
St Martins Primary School
The school serves some of the most impoverished children in the Malindi area (Chindamba, Mzikizi, Mbewe), and is over 70 years old. Each class usually has 70 or more young pupils sitting on the floor, with no chairs or desks.
The Nzati Foundation
Nzati organization is a non-profit organisation established in 2023, with the aim of empowering students from low-income communities to achieve their full potential. We believe that every student deserves access to quality education and resources regardless of their financial background. Our initiative aims to bridge the gap in educational opportunities and provide holistic support to students who need it most. Through the initiative, we provide academic support, mentorship, and resources to help students from low-income communities succeed in school and beyond. Our comprehensive approach will address the unique challenges these students face, from navigating college application to securing financial aid and building a supportive community. By supporting the students, we can help level the playing field and create a more just and equitable society. This fundraiser will also help the Nzati Foundation, based in Malindi to serve the community with vital provisions, including books, uniforms, school bags, examination fees, sanitary pads, implements for a school garden, desks, and meals for the children.
